| 差壓變送器使用中應(yīng)注意以下三點(diǎn)： （1）差壓變送器在使用前必須對其測量范圍、零點(diǎn)、漂移量、精度、靜壓誤差等進(jìn)行復(fù)核； （2）差壓變送器安裝后，開車之前還需檢查一次各種變送器的工作壓力、工作溫度、測量范圍、漂移量等?？词欠窈蛯?shí)際情況相符，若有不符之處，則必須查明原因并糾正后才能開車。 （3）開啟和停用時，應(yīng)避免差壓變送器承受單向受壓，對每臺差壓變送器應(yīng)附帶一套三組閥件，通常把三組閥安裝在差壓變送器的上方，其中閥1和閥3分別為高壓和低壓切斷閥，閥2為平衡閥，平衡閥2在開表和停表時，用以保護(hù)差壓變送器和便于調(diào)零位。在開啟差壓變送器時，應(yīng)先打開平衡閥2，然后再打開閥1和閥3，當(dāng)閥1和閥3全部打開后，再關(guān)閉閥2。在停用差壓變送器時，也應(yīng)先打開平衡閥2，然后再關(guān)閉閥1和閥3。按以上順序開啟和停用差壓變送器，可以避免差壓變送器承受單向靜壓而過載。對于有冷凝膠或隔離液的差壓變送器，也可以避免冷凝膠或隔離液被沖跑。
