    截至目前，國網(wǎng)四川省電力公司已基本實(shí)現(xiàn)智能電表“全覆蓋、全采集”，該公司在運(yùn)行電能表超過3200萬只，智能電表覆蓋率達(dá)99.78%，全口徑自動(dòng)采集成功率達(dá)99.02%。

    智能電網(wǎng)是智慧城市建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)，而智能電表是智能電網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的重要來源，通過大數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用可實(shí)現(xiàn)更好的客戶服務(wù)，讓客戶“用好電”。一是讓遠(yuǎn)程采集的數(shù)據(jù)更客觀、更準(zhǔn)確；二是可以讓用電故障發(fā)生時(shí)得到更快的響應(yīng)；三是防止人工抄表帶來的人為差錯(cuò)。

    2015年以來，國家發(fā)展改革委和國家能源局先后出臺(tái)《關(guān)于促進(jìn)智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見》《關(guān)于推進(jìn)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”智慧能源發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見》等文件，提出“加強(qiáng)能源互聯(lián)，促進(jìn)多種能源優(yōu)化互補(bǔ)，支持水、氣、電集采集抄，建設(shè)跨行業(yè)能源運(yùn)行動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)集成平臺(tái)，鼓勵(lì)能源與信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施共享復(fù)用”的指導(dǎo)意見。

    目前四川省電力公司已在多地地試點(diǎn)建設(shè)“三表合一”采集，試點(diǎn)客戶的“水、電、氣”三表數(shù)據(jù)已成功采集，技術(shù)可行性和先進(jìn)性已得到成功驗(yàn)證。
