3151/3051豎管道式差壓密度計(jì)用于各種液體或液態(tài)混合物密度在線測量的自動(dòng)化測量儀表。是一種用于連續(xù)在線測量液體密度的現(xiàn)場儀表,可直接用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程。智能在線密度計(jì)采用先進(jìn)技術(shù),包括:一個(gè)電容式高精度差壓傳感器以及與其相連接的、插入生產(chǎn)過程的一對(duì)壓力中繼器。在兩個(gè)壓力中繼器之間有個(gè)溫度傳感器,用來補(bǔ)償過程液體的溫度變化。3151/3051豎管道式差壓密度計(jì)工作時(shí)連續(xù)在線測量液體密度,無過程中斷??芍苯佑糜谏a(chǎn)過程的控制;采用一體化的兩線制變送器結(jié)構(gòu),無活動(dòng)部件安裝使用方便、維護(hù)簡單;配帶清洗裝置,可定期清洗探頭,從而保證使用精度。
3151 / 3051 vertical pipe differential pressure densimeter is an automatic instrument for on-line measurement of density of various liquids or liquid mixtures. It is a field instrument for continuous on-line measurement of liquid density, which can be directly used in industrial production process. The intelligent on-line densitometer adopts advanced technology, including a capacitive high-precision differential pressure sensor and a pair of pressure repeaters connected to it and inserted into the production process. There is a temperature sensor between the two pressure repeaters to compensate for the temperature change of the process liquid. 3151 / 3051 vertical pipeline differential pressure densimeter can measure liquid density continuously and on line without process interruption. It can be directly used for the control of the production process; it adopts the integrated two-wire transmitter structure, no moving parts, easy to install, use and maintain; equipped with cleaning device, the probe can be cleaned regularly to ensure the use accuracy.

用上述的常規(guī)方法對(duì)智能變送器進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)是不行的,因?yàn)檫@是由HART變送器結(jié)構(gòu)原理所決定了。因?yàn)橹悄茏兯推髟谳斎雺毫υ春彤a(chǎn)生的4-20mA電流信號(hào)之間,除機(jī)械、電路外,還有微處理芯片對(duì)輸入數(shù)據(jù)的運(yùn)算工作。因此調(diào)校與常規(guī)方法有所區(qū)別。

實(shí)際上廠家對(duì)智能變送器的校準(zhǔn)也是有說明的,如3151/3051豎管道式差壓密度計(jì)的變送器,對(duì)校準(zhǔn)就有:“設(shè)定量程"、“重定量程"、“微調(diào)"之分。其中“設(shè)定量程"操作主要是通過LRV.URV的數(shù)字設(shè)定來完成配置工作,而“重定量程"操作則要求將變送器連接到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)壓力源上,通過一系列指令引導(dǎo),由變送器直接感應(yīng)實(shí)際壓力并對(duì)數(shù)值進(jìn)行設(shè)置。而量程的初始、最終設(shè)置直接取決于真實(shí)的壓力輸入值。但要看到盡管變送器的模擬輸出與所用的輸入值關(guān)系正確,但過程值的數(shù)字讀數(shù)顯示的數(shù)值會(huì)略有不同,這可通過微調(diào)項(xiàng)來進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)。由于各部分既要單獨(dú)調(diào)校又必需要聯(lián)調(diào),因此實(shí)際校準(zhǔn)時(shí)可按以下步驟進(jìn)行:

1.先做一次4-20mA微調(diào),用以校正變送器內(nèi)部的D/A轉(zhuǎn)換器,由于其不涉及傳感部件,無需外部壓力信號(hào)源。

3.最后做重定量程,通過調(diào)整使模擬輸出4-20mA與外加的壓力信號(hào)源相吻合,其作用與變送器外殼上的調(diào)零(Z)、調(diào)量程(R)開關(guān)的作用完全相同。
