頂裝的3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器必須要在安裝時(shí)保持垂直，連桿也不能彎曲。許多情況還要加裝阻波管，以隔離罐內(nèi)液體的晃動(dòng)對(duì)浮子產(chǎn)生影響和損壞，3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器一般都是在地下槽罐、或工作臺(tái)位于槽罐頂部的測(cè)量現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，因?yàn)楦∽右滦械饺萜鲀?nèi)，所以安裝法蘭一般不得小于DN80，否則浮子直徑過大無法通過法蘭孔進(jìn)入容器內(nèi)。很多客戶在選擇3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器的時(shí)候，并不在意法蘭的大小，這容易在以后的使用與維護(hù)中產(chǎn)生問題，而我們頂裝式的正常標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)法蘭為DN80，這樣現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的配對(duì)法蘭買一只DN80的正好與其匹配，并且3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器的浮筒和導(dǎo)桿都可以插入通過，順利安裝。如果客戶有特殊要求，需要小號(hào)法蘭，就是現(xiàn)在我們定做的法蘭DN50的大小。

    1、防腐性公稱壓力≤1.0MPa，安裝連接法蘭，液位計(jì)出廠的常用突面尺寸參考規(guī)范制造。

    2、3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器有一定盲區(qū)，故在讀取液位高度時(shí)應(yīng)加上盲區(qū)值補(bǔ)償，生產(chǎn)廠家在液位計(jì)出廠時(shí)，標(biāo)尺刻度零位已遷移到實(shí)際值。液位計(jì)測(cè)量范圍不超過5米，否則影響液位計(jì)的穩(wěn)定可靠、牢度等。

    4、3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器在安裝高度較高達(dá)到4米以上的話，建議一定要在兩邊加固定拉索，固定位置不偏移，可以保證儀表在惡劣測(cè)量環(huán)境中，比如現(xiàn)場(chǎng)震動(dòng)大或遭到碰撞，大風(fēng)天氣等，遭遇碰撞不會(huì)受到損壞。

    4.Whentheinstallationheightof3151/3051topmountedliquidleveltransmitterismorethan4meters,itisrecommendedtoaddfixedcablesonbothsides,andthefixedpositionshallnotbeoffset,soastoensurethattheinstrumentwillnotbedamagedinseveremeasurementenvironment,suchasstrongvibrationorcollisiononsite,windyweather,etc.

    5、在遇到較高罐體測(cè)量時(shí)如10米以上，3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器不管是分段，建議在中間部位或者每個(gè)分段的法蘭周圍用卡箍或其他固定件固定。在裝置時(shí)，一定要堅(jiān)持筆直狀況，3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器與容器引管間應(yīng)加裝有球閥，以便液位計(jì)的維修和拆開清洗

    頂裝的3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器使用時(shí)需要對(duì)指示器的磁翻板用所附磁鋼進(jìn)行一次引導(dǎo)，從而使3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器零位以上指示白色、零位以下指示紅色，通過無觸點(diǎn)報(bào)警開關(guān)使轉(zhuǎn)換起觸點(diǎn)按液位給定值動(dòng)作從而達(dá)到液位控制的目的報(bào)警開關(guān)安裝在液位計(jì)所需控制位置，轉(zhuǎn)換器安裝在控制室內(nèi)。它是利用磁藕合原理來進(jìn)行工作的。

    不過這里現(xiàn)場(chǎng)需要注意的是，如果選擇DN50的法蘭，罐體頂部開孔尺寸必須在78-80之間，配對(duì)接法蘭與頂部焊接之間的鋼管內(nèi)徑也是78-80mm，而配對(duì)法蘭DN50的中心孔開內(nèi)徑也是78-80，這三個(gè)直徑要保持一致。就是DN50的法蘭，中間孔直徑為加工變大，所以浮筒插入不了，就影響了法蘭對(duì)接。

    當(dāng)然，如果按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DN80的選擇去做3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器，那么現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝的時(shí)候，配對(duì)法蘭直接買一只DN80法蘭片即可，不需要在中心孔開大孔，DN80的中心孔直徑足夠浮筒和導(dǎo)桿插入。
