法蘭式液位變送器應(yīng)用:高鹽廢水二階段階段處理測(cè)控處理/(2)膜分離過程。目前較成熟的常用的膜分離工藝有微濾、超濾、納濾、反滲透四種,微濾和超濾所用膜的孔徑較大,對(duì)于COD和懸浮物的截留作用較好,但不能截留大部分溶解性物質(zhì),納濾可以截留大部分二價(jià)離子,反滲透能夠截留一價(jià)離子,所以根據(jù)要求的不同可以選擇不同的膜分離工藝進(jìn)行處理,膜分離工藝處理效果好于一般工藝,成本較高,且膜污染問題較突出,因此受到了一定限制。目前還有一些新型膜分離工藝,如膜蒸餾工藝和清華大學(xué)研制的“NANO”膜。膜蒸餾工藝?yán)檬杷さ氖杷允顾魵馔ㄟ^膜而隔離其他物質(zhì),從而保證出水潔凈,膜蒸餾工藝同樣存在膜結(jié)垢問題,且疏水膜的研制還不能滿足大規(guī)模應(yīng)用的要求。其結(jié)合反滲透和膜蒸餾的工藝特點(diǎn),抗污染能力強(qiáng),截留能力強(qiáng),有良好的發(fā)展前景。

Membrane fouling also exists in membrane distillation process, and the development of hydrophobic membrane can not meet the requirements of large-scale application. Combined with the process characteristics of reverse osmosis and membrane distillation, it has strong anti pollution ability, strong retention ability and good development prospect.
