隨著城市現(xiàn)代化程度的不斷提高,各類市政公用管道越來(lái)越多,在路面上所設(shè)的各類管網(wǎng)的檢查井也隨之增多,市政管道的在建設(shè)過(guò)程中:
井點(diǎn)布置的基本原則
(1)常用輕型井點(diǎn)的成孔孔徑應(yīng)根據(jù)土質(zhì)條件和成孔深度確定,孔徑常用Φ250~300mm,間距1.2~2.0m,沖孔深度應(yīng)超過(guò)濾管管底0.5m。

(3)放坡開(kāi)挖的基坑,井點(diǎn)管距坑邊不小于1.0m,機(jī)房距坑邊不小于1.5m。

(4)井點(diǎn)降水設(shè)備的排水口應(yīng)與坑邊保持一定距離,防止排出的水回滲,流入坑內(nèi)。

(5)拔除井管后的孔洞,應(yīng)立即用砂土填實(shí)。對(duì)于穿過(guò)不進(jìn)水層進(jìn)人承壓含水層的進(jìn)管,拔除后應(yīng)用黏土球填塞封死,杜絕井管位置發(fā)生管涌。
輕型井點(diǎn)排水

(1)集水總管、濾管和泵的位置及標(biāo)高應(yīng)正確,井點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)各部件均應(yīng)安裝嚴(yán)密,防止
漏氣。連接集水總管與井點(diǎn)管的彎聯(lián)管宜采用軟管。
(2)按封閉方法布置單套井點(diǎn)設(shè)備時(shí),集水總管宜在抽水機(jī)組的對(duì)面斷開(kāi)。采用多套
井點(diǎn)設(shè)備時(shí),各套井點(diǎn)設(shè)備的集水總管之間宜裝設(shè)閥門隔開(kāi)。
(3)井點(diǎn)管的沉設(shè)可按現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件及土層情況選用:
① 直接利用井點(diǎn)管水沖下沉。
② 用沖水管沖孔(亦可同時(shí)用壓縮空氣或使用加重鉆桿輔助沖孔)后,沉設(shè)井點(diǎn)管。
③ 套管式?jīng)_槍水沖法或振動(dòng)水沖法成孔后。沉設(shè)井點(diǎn)管。
(4)沖孔孔徑不大于300mm,深度應(yīng)比濾管底深0.5m以上,管距一般為0.8~1.6m。
(5)每根井點(diǎn)管沉設(shè)后檢驗(yàn)滲水性能:井點(diǎn)管與孔壁填砂濾料時(shí),管口應(yīng)有泥漿水冒出。向管內(nèi)灌水,能很快下滲,方為合格。國(guó)產(chǎn)壓力變送器推動(dòng)市政管道井排水自動(dòng)化使用推薦

(6)井點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)安裝完畢,必須及時(shí)試抽,并全面檢查管路接頭質(zhì)量、井點(diǎn)出水狀況和抽水機(jī)機(jī)械運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況等。如發(fā)現(xiàn)漏氣和“死井”應(yīng)立即處理。檢查合格后,井點(diǎn)孔口到地面5~l.0m的深度范圍內(nèi)應(yīng)用粘性土填塞。
