浮筒液位計(jì)測(cè)量原理,西安華恒儀表介紹:浮筒液位計(jì)是根據(jù)阿基米德定律和磁耦合原理設(shè)計(jì)而成的液位測(cè)量?jī)x表,儀表可用來(lái)測(cè)量液位、界位和密度,負(fù)責(zé)上下限位報(bào)警信號(hào)輸出。專用于測(cè)量壓力容器內(nèi)液位,由四個(gè)基本部分組成:浮筒、彈簧、磁鋼室和指示器。

原理:
Principle:
浸在液體中的浮筒受到向下的重力,向上的浮力和彈簧彈力的復(fù)合作用。當(dāng)這三個(gè)力達(dá)到平衡時(shí),浮筒就靜止在某一位置。當(dāng)液位發(fā)生變化時(shí),浮筒所受浮力相應(yīng)改變,平衡狀態(tài)被打破,從而引起彈力變化即彈簧的伸縮,以達(dá)到新的平衡。彈簧的伸縮使其與剛性連接的磁鋼產(chǎn)生位移。
The buoy immersed in liquid is subjected to the combined action of downward gravity,upward buoyancy and spring elasticity.When these three forces are balanced,the buoy is stationary at a certain position.When the liquid level changes,the buoyancy of the buoy changes correspondingly,and the equilibrium state is broken,which causes the elastic change,i.e.the expansion and contraction of the spring,in order to achieve a new balance.The expansion of the spring displaces the rigidly connected magnet.
這樣,通過(guò)指示器內(nèi)磁感應(yīng)元件和傳動(dòng)裝置使其指示出液位。限位開關(guān)的儀表即可實(shí)現(xiàn)液位信號(hào)的報(bào)警功能。
In this way,the liquid level is indicated by the magnetic induction element and the transmission device in the indicator.The instrument of limit switch can realize alarm function of liquid level signal.
基于位移測(cè)量原理,懸掛在測(cè)量彈簧上的位移筒體沉浸在被測(cè)液體中,并受到阿基米德向上浮力作用,其作用力與排開液體質(zhì)量成正比。根據(jù)液位高低,筒體浸入深度不同,向上浮力發(fā)生變化,測(cè)量彈簧將要作相應(yīng)延伸,以達(dá)到測(cè)量結(jié)果。
Based on the principle of displacement measurement,the displacement cylinder suspended on the measuring spring is immersed in the measured liquid and acted by Archimedes upward buoyancy,whose force is proportional to the mass of the discharged liquid.According to the liquid level and the depth of immersion,the buoyancy of the cylinder will change.The measuring spring will be extended accordingly to achieve the measurement results.
