近日,在第二屆數(shù)字中國峰會主論壇上,百度創(chuàng)始人李彥宏談到,未來沒有一家企業(yè)可以聲稱跟人工智能無關,所以每一個產業(yè)、每一個企業(yè)家要考慮的,是怎么樣用最有效的方法,提升技術創(chuàng)新能力,把人工智能變成“自己的菜”。否則,有可能會錯過一個時代。對于作為制造業(yè)重要組成部分的儀器儀表行業(yè)來說,也是同樣如此。
Recently,at the second digital China Summit Forum,Baidu founder Robin Li said that no future enterprise can claim to have nothing to do with AI,so every industry and every entrepreneur should consider how to use the most effective way to enhance technological innovation ability and turn AI into"own dish".Otherwise,we may miss an era.The same is true for the instrument industry,which is an important part of manufacturing industry.
從以機械化為中心的第一次工業(yè)革命到以電氣化為中心的第二次工業(yè)革命再到第三次的信息化革命,工業(yè)制造在不斷的發(fā)生著變化。在工業(yè)革命轟轟烈烈的發(fā)展過程中,儀器儀表也在人們生產和生活中發(fā)生著巨大的變化。如今,隨著以物聯(lián)網(wǎng)和人工智能技術為標志的第四次工業(yè)革命的逐步展開,儀器儀表技術也將迎來新一輪的發(fā)展。

受產品同質化速度加快、價格競爭加劇、產品生命周期短縮以及當下的去產能、去庫存、去杠桿等因素的影響,儀器儀表行業(yè)之間的競爭越來越激烈,一著不慎就可能滿盤皆輸。2017年,我國儀器儀表制造業(yè)規(guī)模以上數(shù)達到4358家,其中有497家企業(yè)出現(xiàn)虧損,虧損企業(yè)平均虧損金額達到734.4萬元。

要想在市場中站穩(wěn)腳跟,必須緊跟歷史發(fā)展的潮流。國家網(wǎng)信辦在數(shù)字中國峰會上發(fā)布的《數(shù)字中國建設發(fā)展報告(2018年)》提到:要運用新技術新模式改造升級提升傳統(tǒng)產業(yè),強化工業(yè)基礎和技術創(chuàng)新能力,拓展智能+,為制造業(yè)轉型升級賦能。以家家戶戶都在使用的計量器具水表為例,從剛開始研制的機械水表,到目前不同功能、不同型號、不同材質的智能水表,功能在不斷的擴大,性能更加優(yōu)越,計量越來越準確,并且已經成為智慧水務發(fā)展的重要組成部分,產品的附加值在不斷擴大。

重慶川儀十七廠有限公司的總經理/工程師朱祥先生談到,未來的發(fā)展主要是工業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)和人工智能兩個方向。隨著技術的發(fā)展,所有的儀器儀表將會互相連通,數(shù)據(jù)將會高度整合,同時通過大數(shù)據(jù)和云計算實行更加精密的控制,會變得更智能化。比如說,儀器儀表中將采用大量的超大規(guī)模集成(VLSI)的新器件、表面貼裝技術(SMT)、多層線路板印刷、圓片規(guī)模集成(WSI)和多芯片模塊(MCM)等新工藝,CAD、CAM、CAPP、CAT等計算機輔助手段,使多媒體技術、人機交互、模糊控制、人工神經元網(wǎng)絡等新技術在現(xiàn)代儀器儀表中得到廣泛應用。

目前,不少的國內外廠商已經越來越重視智能化儀表發(fā)展,建設了自動化生產線,產品技術朝著微型化、多功能化、人工智能化、虛擬化等方向發(fā)展。在生產方式上,泉州已經建設數(shù)字化生產線130條,完成生產銷售國產機器人1160臺,推廣應用國產數(shù)控系統(tǒng)5340套,打造了嘉華機器人自動上下料及3C鉆攻中心生產線、3條智能制造示范生產線;國網(wǎng)浙江省電力公司電力科學研究院成功研制了電能表智能檢定系統(tǒng),項目實施后,電能表檢定效率提升58倍,檢定人員減少90%以上,運營成本降低50%;艾默生推出了適用于科里奧利流量計和電磁流量計的新版智能儀表自校驗軟件。該軟件可根據(jù)需求提供流量計校驗,讓過程工程師、技術人員和操作人員能基于當下行業(yè)先進儀表和過程診斷工具,關注儀表以外的事項并做出實時決策。

未來,隨著技術的發(fā)展,儀器儀表行業(yè)將迎來更加深刻的變化。正如馬云在2018世界人工智能大會上所說的,“未來十年到十五年,傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)面臨的痛苦將會遠遠超過今天的想象。企業(yè)如果不能從規(guī)?;?、標準化向個性化和智慧化轉型,將很難生存下去。”逆水行舟,不進則退,對于儀器儀表企業(yè)來說,要加緊研發(fā),緊跟歷史潮流實現(xiàn)產品的升級。
In the future,with the development of technology,the instrumentation industry will usher in more profound changes.As Ma Yun said at the 2018 World Artificial Intelligence Conference,"In the next ten to fifteen years,the pain of traditional manufacturing will far exceed the imagination of today.If enterprises cannot scale from standardization to personalization and wisdom.Transformation,it will be difficult to survive."Against the water,do not enter and retreat,for instrumentation companies,we must step up research and development,keep up with the historical trend to achieve product upgrades.
