智能型在線式側(cè)裝密度計(jì)的溫度補(bǔ)償該怎么算
密度計(jì)的溫度補(bǔ)償并不是說補(bǔ)償?shù)蕉嗌龠m合，而是要按照測(cè)量時(shí)實(shí)際的情況來補(bǔ)償?shù)模⒉皇钦f想補(bǔ)多少就補(bǔ)多少。
密度計(jì)的溫度補(bǔ)償原理是：使用水當(dāng)測(cè)量溶液時(shí)，密度計(jì)能測(cè)得樣品對(duì)水之比重值，而水的比重會(huì)隨著水的溫度變化而變化，所以需要以水4℃比重1.0000為基礎(chǔ)加以溫度補(bǔ)償。
對(duì)于水的溫度補(bǔ)償系數(shù),儀特諾固體密度計(jì)系列產(chǎn)品型號(hào)，都已存入攝氏0~49℃的記憶值。

/主要特點(diǎn)

測(cè)試前用溫度計(jì)量出水的實(shí)際溫度之后，將相應(yīng)溫度修改成溫度計(jì)所顯示之溫度即可。(水溫相差6℃則比重將相差0.001)。儀特諾密度計(jì)儀器出廠時(shí)機(jī)器默認(rèn)溫度為25℃。
運(yùn)用阿基米德原理浮力法測(cè)固體密度，用純水作為測(cè)量介質(zhì)，既經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)惠，又方便取水，但是，當(dāng)測(cè)量的固體產(chǎn)品，會(huì)跟水起反應(yīng)，或者有些粉末放在水里會(huì)漂浮，不能完全沉入，此時(shí)還用水來作為測(cè)量介質(zhì)的話，測(cè)量結(jié)果就會(huì)有偏差的，所以就需要用到固體密度計(jì)的溶液補(bǔ)償功能。

智能型在線式側(cè)裝密度計(jì)的溫度補(bǔ)償該怎么算/安裝注意事項(xiàng)
1、在線密度計(jì)傳感器部分間距最少為200mm,直徑為50mm, 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不能小于這些尺寸安裝,如選擇彎曲型密度計(jì),請(qǐng)測(cè)量好可以伸進(jìn)管內(nèi)的法蘭和長(zhǎng)度尺寸。
1. The distance between the sensors of the on-line densitometer shall be at least 200 mm and the diameter shall be 50 mm, which shall not be less than these dimensions for installation on site. If the bending densitometer is selected, please measure the flange and length that can be extended into the pipe.
2、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)液體必須保持沒過兩個(gè)測(cè)量傳感器,法蘭到第一個(gè)傳感器的距離可選。
2. The liquid in the field must not exceed two measuring sensors, and the distance from the flange to the first sensor is optional.
3、管道安裝時(shí)需讓液體從最下面?zhèn)鞲衅髦逻M(jìn)入液體，或者從最上面?zhèn)鞲衅鞯纳厦孢M(jìn)入液體，不要從中間進(jìn)入液體。管道安裝通液體時(shí)，管道閥門或者彎頭部分至少留出30CM液體緩沖距離。
3. When installing the pipeline, the liquid shall be allowed to enter the liquid from the bottom of the sensor or from the top of the sensor. Do not enter the liquid from the middle. When the pipeline is installed with liquid, at least 30cm liquid buffer distance shall be reserved for the valve or elbow part of the pipeline.
4、配備電源為24VDC輸出4-20mA信號(hào)如需接二次用表，需接24V“+”

5、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境如果外部有腐蝕性液體，請(qǐng)做好防護(hù)措施。如果有雷擊危險(xiǎn)，請(qǐng)?jiān)谥車龊靡匮b置。

6、如需拆卸做清洗時(shí)，拆裝時(shí)請(qǐng)保證傳感器膜片不受到碰撞及其它損壞。

7、請(qǐng)勿在高出5Mpa情況下使用。
